Thai-Angles
This is pretty much a direct copy of a local favourite, Thai Chicken Pizza, but with a silly name. I have a friend who has strict rules about what can be called "pizza". It has to have tomato sauce and traditional toppings and it has to LOOK like a pizza. He absolutely enjoys unusual variations but insists they are called something else. Hence, Thai-Angles.
Preheat your oven according to crust package directions. Brush the edges of the crust with olive oil. Add a healthy amount of Asian Sesame dressing as your pizza sauce. Top with the chicken pieces, green onion and red pepper. Cover with cheese and top with crispy chinese noodles. Cook according to package directions or until cheese is bubbling and melted. Drizzle with extra sesame dressing. |
