Homemade Chicken Fingers

This is so easy it isn't even really a recipe but every time I make these someone says "wow, I never thought of that before". I have always loved chicken fingers and I'm pretty picky. There are very few restaurants left that make their own and so many are using the formed chicken meat - GROSS!! These turn out crisp and tasty without the deep fryer and are fantastic for dipping in hot sauce while watching the game.

  • chicken breasts
  • Shake and Bake extra crispy

Slice the chicken breast into strips of even thickness. Toss in shake and bake coating. Arrange on cookie sheet and cook according to package directions until fully cooked. It doesn't get much easier than that!
