Spaghetti Squash

I love spaghetti squash. It's healthy, absolutely fun to eat not to mention delicious. It's a great substitute for pasta when your trying to cut your carbs. I like it just on it's own but it's yummy with sauce on top as well.

  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesan

Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds. PLace the squash on a greased cookie sheet cut side down. Cook at 350F for 40 minutes or until the squash flesh flakes easily with a fork.

Scoop out the spaghetti like strands and add a little melted butter, salt, pepper and parmesan cheese.
