Pork Tenderloin with Apple Jelly Sauce
Pork tenderloin is so yummy and it has almost no fat on it! I like to marinate mine and grill it or raost it in the oven. The glaze that comes with this recipe is heaven with pork. Marinade
Sauce
Combine marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag. Add the pork tenderloin, squeeze out all of the air to insure maximum marinade contact and set in the refridgerater for at least 3 hours. Preheat oven to 325F. Place pork tenderloin and marinade in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes per pound. A thermometer must read 160F for the internal temp. Combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until thick, sticky and gooey. Remove tenderloin and allow to sit for 5 minutes. Slice thinly and serve topped with a drizzle of the sauce. |
