Peanut Butter Marshmallow Slice

This is a favourite with everyone. Only 4 ingredients and you make it in 1 pot on the stove. Practically a sin.

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pkg (300g) butterscotch chips
  • 300 grams mini marshmallows

In a medium saucepan and over medium heat melt the margarine. Add the peanut butter and butterscotch chips. Melt to a smooth consistency. Allow to cool a little before adding marshmallows (so they don't melt). Pour into an 8x8 pan and refridgerate until hardened and can be sliced.
