Chicken Souvlaki

This is the dead easiest recipe. It is perfect for beginner cooks or large gatherings because it's so simple and delicious.

  • 2 breasts chicken
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • shiskabob skewers

Cube the chicken into 1 inch pieces. Place in a bowl and cover with Italian dressing. Toss. Refrigerate overnight (minimum 3 hours). *chicken tip - to ensure juicy chicken every time you should always make the chicken as thin as possible. The less time it takes to cook completely the better. Make cubes small or pound breasts flat. If you marinate the chicken overnight the acid in the dressing will also cook the chicken slightly before you even start to grill.

Lay the skewers in flat pan and cover with water overnight. This stops the skewers from catching on fire on the grill.

Skewer the chicken and place on a hot grill. Cook until juices just run clear.
