Klik Buns
Yes... Klik. If your gut reaction is to go eeeeuuuuuuwww Klik then move along there's nothing for you to see here. However, if you are honest with yourself and can admit that Klik is indeed a tasty treat then this is the recipe for you. I know it's the polyester of the meat world but my mom made these when we we kids and I still love them...and so do most people daring enough to try them. They are incredibly unhealthy but great for the morning after a big party!.***
Grab that brick of Klik and grate it with your hand cheese grater into a large bowl. Grate in the hardboiled eggs. Add mayo, onion, relish and mustard and mix together. Spread on buns and top with grated cheese. Place in oven at 350 F for approx 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Mmm heart attack on a plate. *** A little secret. These are even better cold the next day right out of the fridge. |
